- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆You call the automated service answer's gives you the prompts to follow you press zero for the operator and get a moment of silence like someone getting ready to answer your call then you get a recording of office noise in the background with a woman's voice saying "Are you working" apparently talking to someone in the office or on the other end of the phone.
